Hello... I have successfully set up glove pie with the wii remote (for gc games) but am lost as to how to set up the rumble support.
I have glovepie configured to use numlock for rumble (when i click rumble the wiimote vibrates) but cannot get the gc rumble in dolphin to work
the test button does nothing
thanks

The button in dolphin just accesses rumble via FFB. So the only way that is going to work is if your controller supports FFB, which glovePIE does not. If dolphin had a way to automate pressing numlock it woudl work, but there is no such feature as of now.

Now if your were to set up and use the real wii mote like most of us do ( not using glovePIE ) then it woudl work, so... Why are you using glovePIE?

Because you can't use wiimote with GC games
Glovepie is a emulator which emulate wiimote as PC controllers
In order to play GC games , he must disable "real wiimote" then use Glovepia to map all wiimote button to "GC standard controller"

If it was a wii game , he wouldn't need Glovepie

Thanks for responding so quickly...
do you know if there is anyway to *possibly* emulate the xbox output (or something else which supports rumble) to forward it to a keystroke?
i tried to get various input plugins to work but dolphin doesnt support plugins anymore(right?)
sorry ... total newb at this

Yeah, well. Confused. ??? Ok whats the goal here?

1) you want the wii to work with GC games
or
2) you want to play GC games with some type of controller other the a GC?

IMO, just get a GC adapter, problem solved!
Or yes get a 360 and rumble will work. Lost of posts here on setting it up.
