Yes . 50% successful rate if you buy original one , 20% successful rate if you buy 3rd party / fake wiimote , 0% successful rate if you buy 3rd party / fake wiimote that look completely different from original one
Stay away from 3rd party brand such as : New 2 in 1, nyko , Mad Catz's ...
Pricing for original one should be arround 30-35$ (10-15$ higher than fake wiimote)
Edit : I was wrong , it's 45$ , not 30-35$

Yeah, I've seen them around 100 AUD, which is about the price of a new Xbox game and a happy meal :/ But I found this, and it looks to be the same thing, but is only 20 dollars... am I missing something?

Actually, disregard that last question, the hassle I'm going through to find an official Nintendo combo that's pink isn't worth it, will just grab the black one.

What are you talking about ? Nintendo Wiimote has many colors : Pink , Black , White , Blue

No, I've tried to find a pink combo on Amazon, Ebay, Target, JB Hifi, and EB Games. None of them sell a Wiimote Plus and a Nunchuk both in pink, whether in a combo or individually.

I don't think I've ever seen a nunchuk other than white and black, but I have seen some skins that are colored XD
