In general, this should also work with the dolphin bar. But bad luck, nobody of the android team (read: non of both) is interested much in getting wiimote support there. So feel free to hack it in

Hint: dolphin bar export the wiimote as a USB-HID device. So both libusb (maybe root required) or hidapi should be able to use it.
