My wiimote is connected just fine but my motion is not being picked up at all. I know about the dolphin bar and bluetooth stack, but I'm just wondering if it's necessary to get either of them. I'm using windows 10 and dolphin 5.0, and unless I'm misreading tutorials, I shouldn't need the bluetooth stack or dolphin bar, in which case, what's the problem?

Which type of motion is not being picked up? Anything that requires pointing at the screen requires a sensor bar (not necessarily a Mayflash DolphinBar).

You shouldn't need to install any extra Bluetooth stack.

Thank you for the response.
I don't know if it's worth noting but it does pick up my pointing when I aim in a certain direction (no real idea of what I am pointing at). It does spaz out and disappears sometimes, though it does seem pretty consistent.

That sounds like it's picking up on a lightbulb or something similar. (A sensor bar does nothing other than emitting IR light, so anything else that emits IR light can also get picked up as a sensor bar.)
