Newer remotes with MotionPlus built-in (usually referred to as -TR remotes, since normal ones show as RVL-CNT-01 and these show as RVL-CNT-01-TR) have been quite troublesome as the way they communicate with the Wii has changed enough that most Bluetooth stacks can no longer properly communicate with them. Most folks say they work under Toshiba's Bluetooth stack, though. (No, you don't necessarily need a Toshiba computer to use it.)

Hell if I know if it'll work with that adapter. Just find the Toshiba stack, install it, and see if it works.
