HI

i have official Wii motion plus and chucks
in order to play Skyward Sword -
do i also need to buy a sensor bar

reason i ask is that on the title screen after if calibrates the wiimote
it then says - move the Glove into the middle then press A

i have tried and tried but i dont ever see any Glove on Screen

if i do need a sensor bar - would appreciate a recommendation of a good solid one -

hope someone can put me out of my misery soon :-)

many thanks

Yes, you'll need a sensor bar because Skyward Sword does a lot of real time calibrations during the gameplay, based on the position of the sensor bar... You can use any sensor bar or even DIY (some IR LEDs and a free USB port and here you go). You can also use two candles, they'll work fine also

ASRock Z97M OC Formula: Pentium G3258, GeForce GT 440, 16 GB DDR3-1600, Windows 10 (21H2)

I just ordered a wireless one that takes batteries. Will this work?

Does it need to interact with my Wii any? You said two candles would work so I'm guessing no... but just making sure.

No, there is no communication between Wii and Sensor Bar. This one that you ordered should work fine...
