Wii - Zangeki no Reginleiv
[Image: 2ibos49.jpg]

Updated 11.2.2010

Revision 5000, the full game (not demo) is fully playable without any known errors. It could be classified as perfect. It might be the most graphically demanding game ever on the Wii, so your graphic card can run quite hot.

Note: Don't ask for support of demo version anymore, because that wouldn't work at all on Dolphin on any configs.

On stage 5, your system can crash when the 2 eagles transform into warriors. You can bypass this problem with Copy EFB to RAM, then slay the boss, save and put back to EFB-Texture.

You should know some Japanese or the game is not enjoyable/very playable

have you tried switching to Japanese in config? not that it has anything to do with M+, but who knows what errors it could produce *shrug*

The game doesn't require motion plus. Hell, even classic control work for it. Of course, the game's built on motion.

hope this is right topic to ask help.. i have 32 bit version 4815 of dolphin... and when i play the game the screen freezes after title. i wasnt sure whats causing it so i tried looking around and asking people, but i just got directed to a bunch of japanese irc channels and i cant speak it so...

i found an article http://www.siliconera.com/2009/11/16/zangeki-no-reginleiv-is-nintendos-next-motionplus-game/ that says this is motionplus game. but also it says if you dont like motionplus, "is classic controller compatible". i enabled that in the addon but it still freeze's.

i know its demo, and i should wait for the real release next month but i would like to try it.

Yet still the game will check if there is a M+ connected in the beginning. And if this is in some way not emulated right, there comes an error.

Ya, I passed all stages.

You get on the bridge by strictly following the left side path of the mountain (after first wave of ~20 monsters).
It's a quite long road, there will be 2 or 3 lookout towers before you reach it. But don't fall down or take alternate routes or it's hard to get back there.
Don't go into the forest even if there are monsters (but go back on the road)

(No creatures on bridge because I made a speedrun to show location & didn't kill the previous ones)

Here, a few monsters will spawn that also drop blue stars. After you kill them the stage is cleared.

Sadly no, it's only in japanese so you'll need to know it a little or memorize all game functions to play it fully (understand item shops, etc.), not being offficially ported to english either, sad because it's a great game

You can search on jap sites like sekaimon for a used copy and rip that for dolphin,
though it's not *that* popular so it might be hard to find now.

p.s. I don't know how, but I switched ztp hack on for the game and it sped up by about 4-5fps in large areas.
