I use "Dolphin x64 SVN Revision 7714": http://www.xtemu.com/forum/files/go/c4ed...svn-builds
Works quite well, no crashes, some stuttering, but nothing as bad as the other Dolphin buikds. 11-14-2011, 09:33 PM
There is crash on that build, you just have to wait, or be very very lucky during 70-80 hours of the game (you should try lottery if you never got crash for that duration).

More feedback.
Well, I brought a SSD disk (sata 2 only, because of my old MOBO) and I didin't think that I'll get a better performance, but now for some reason the game runs a lot smoother whit dolphin and the iso in the SSD drive. A lot less slowdowns and when the FPS drop to like 24-22 in big fights, It doesnt feel too heavy like before. 75 hours in the game and it's Amazing.
Curious thing: at the last freeze i had, i noticed that background music "hangs" but fx effects still working correctly (seagulls were sounding allright). Don't know it can help or not.

I have some problems with crashes in build dirty 0.96. Is there any better build out there, or how do you avoid the freezes?

Issue 3694 has been merged into 5002 (http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/iss...5002&can=1)
I have to test, but maybe it's the cause for the random freezes

One hour without freezes with Dual Core disabled...

I get a worst performance, yes, but i'm trying to test if that is, at last, the cause of the annoying random freezes.
