Well I made it into Ether Mines. Game has a slight stutter occasionally like another user posted despite being a constant 30 FPS.

The Ether Mines presented my first crash as soon as I entered. Went back in and its not crashing but I am getting a strange graphical error. All through the mines I notice what is black lines. Naturally they move around the screen and most of the time be centered on a character and reaching out towards the edge of the screen while getting wider.

Then I entered the big open area and its a wreck. Walls are in areas they shouldn't be and green or yellow. Textures are missing from the ground exposing what's underneath (glass floors).

On the plus side, not a single sound glitch yet.

Concerning the micro stuttering: You should try to activate the OpenMP Texture Decoder.

Concerning the graphical glitches: Did u try EFB Copies to Ram?

Yeah, I was playing with Open MP and CP checked and it worked fine. No glitches until these mines. I switched to EFB copies to RAM because I had the save file screenshot problems, no change besides that.

I click Load Custom Textures and it fixes for 3-4 minutes, then messes up again so I uncheck it and it fixes again.

Edit - Also, everytime I hit ESC to close Xenoblade, it says Dolphin has stopped working.

Edit2 - It's weird. I see the textures disappear after being completely fine just in the battle of battle or just running around. Framerate also drops bad for some reason usually when fighting but its been at 30. The lowest I saw the framerate until Ether Mines was 29. Now it gets drops down to 17 and 22, etc.

The only graphical glitch up to Ether Mine was occasionally after a few hours, a character's face would be missing. Just hair and hat, no face. Audio was perfect as was everything else. Framerate during ANY combat was perfectly fine as well. 10 Tirkins at a time was fine with no drop.

In the mines and near the river section here are my problems. Textures are missing all over the place. There are a colored graphical wall appearing over open pathways. Black lines appear in the center of the screen and increase in width as they reach out to the edges. Moving the camera around can make these glitches disappear or move around, etc. Also, combat in the mines has become really bad in framerate. Bad drops. The cutscene after the mine exploding dropped to 7 FPS.

Whenever I check or uncheck 'Load Custom Textures' it fixes the problems for a few minutes. Framerate stabilizes, textures fill in, and the black center 'pie' lines disappear. After a few minutes whether running around, killing monsters, or watching a cutscene, the graphical glitches return. Then I have to check or uncheck Load Custom Textures to fix it for another few minutes.

So I been going through Satorl March and NO graphical errors. Still watching out for the misplaced faces which did happen in the cutscene that follows exiting the mine, but so far so good.

I really want some Action Replay or Gecko codes for this game.

I tried all of the codes from here:
http://geckocodes.org/?c=SX4P01

But none of them work. Does anyone have working codes?

Now I am in Makna Forest. Graphical glitches now still include the missing faces. Now I have a new one, the screen becomes snowy. The picture remains fine, but it looks like its getting snowy. I think a MGS game boss battle was like that but I can't remember which one.

Regardless, its getting irritating. Not as gamebreaking as the Ether Mine issue but irritating none the less.

Ok this post will contain SPOILERS. Can't black them out, not spoilertags so I just have to warn you here!

I've played the whole game on r6856M with following specs:

Win7
AMD Phenom II x4, 3.4GHz
4GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6800

Apart from stuttering cutscenes and a few FPS drops (especially in Agniratha, holy hell did that take a toll on my system) everything went fine and dandy.
But now I'm trying to enter bionis interior and sometimes it "smudges up". see the screenshot i attached. The shapes are moving and it only happens in bionis interior.

The menu still works and after teleporting around the place a bit i got it to work. But I fear this will somehow ruin a cutscene or something for me :S Any clue what this might be?

The risk when you use a very old build like this one Tongue . Try with something more recent
