AMD drivers are up to date since yesterday
BTW its pretty normal to get some short pauses and framedrops after you start the game on a new version since the emulator needs to create a shadercache for the game this happens everytime it caches a new shader and shouldn`t happen from there on so maybe thats what happend here.
Just to be sure you did install the newest Directx and updated your AMD drivers?
I tried the shader cache but still no luck. I also don't think this has to do with the shaders.
I made a video showing the fps drop! For your viewing pleasure: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nKpn2kiSpaA
Up to 1:31 I consider this normal lagging on loading and stuff, nothing big, just usual drops. But right around 1:31 the framerate drops way WAY too low. Listen for the music!
And no... my video caputre software isn't the one interferring. This is how it behaves every time
reinstall your OS if you didnt do that in a while, Windows gathers a lot of trash over time and its a good idea to reinstall it if strange stuff starts to happen....
