I am requesting an update for the xenoblade wiki page. Section Patches > Xbox 360 Buttons should either be removed or updated to link to the HD texture thread. We have Brumbek's X-box 360 buttons (which are slightly more up to date), and also HD PS3, Wiimote, and Classic Controller buttons. There are also HD tutorials to go with them. Pointing users to that version will most likely cause conflicts if they use them with the texture pack because some of the button IDs were switched around and will not match our current scheme.

Hello!
I am a new user. For some time I have an emulator and I want to play Xenoblade. This is my first game for the Wii. I do not know too well on the emulator. I give my specs laptop and my graphics settings in the emulator in Attachment. The game often slows Sometimes that works in 29 cages (99%) but is often 18-29. Maybe there is something better set up? Please help. My laptop: Windows 7, x64 Intel Core i5-2410M 2.30GHz Nvidia GT 525M 2GB 6 GB RAM 09-24-2014, 02:37 AM
First of all, use a recent version of Dolphin: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/list/master/1/?nocr=true
Then check "Skip EFB Access from CPU" and "Scaled EFB Copy". You shouldn't have to use such a low internal resolution. I'm sure you can run the game at 3x internal resolution just fine.

Why would you want to check skip EFB access? That's a very important feature that will break many games if you have it on.

Well, because it's not needed in Xenoblade Chronicles and it's quite demanding.

I recently updated to the latest version of Dolphin (4.0-3518) and somehow my FPS is stuck at 100 FPS (double the normal value which is 50 for a PAL game). I've tried everything to get it to act like normal but it just won't work. Every other game works fine, but Xenoblade is running at 100 LOL.
I've tested Dolphin 4.0-146 (my previous version) again as well, and it works perfectly in there. Anyone know what's going on? o_O [Edit] Somehow forcing Dolphin to run at half the speed it normally does fixes Xenoblade, but breaks all other games. The sound also seems to be awful in this latest version. It's crackling nonstop, this is most likely due to the fact that the framerate is forcefully being lowered. Of course the same crackling occurs when I have the FPS set to normal or 'Auto', because then it just runs at 200% speed. [Edit 2] Here's a video with the sound issues. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysRxkr4McHg 10-07-2014, 11:38 PM
Sorry, can't help you with your issue but are you using cheats? (could also be a source of the issue BTW)
Or how can you do that jump? And how can you beat a 6 level higher enemy with one character? O_o

No idea why that broke it in the newer revisions! Quote:Posted by StripTheSoul - Today 03:38 PM Yeah I'm using some cheats. But nothing that would cause such an issue as this. And the reason I'm able to fight such a high level enemy is due to the AGI on my character being 2000+, allowing me to hit even level 100+ monsters with little effort. (Not to mention that Fiora Homs can't even show up there normally, but that's because I warped out of Colony 9 to Eryth Sea and then started exploring every map from there). Thanks for the help guys.
