Btw the build you're using is old. You'll find latest ones here
I know Dolphin is only optimized to run games using two cores, but my CPU usage while running WWE 13 is only at 30%...is there any possible way that I can force Dolphin to use more of my CPU (i.e. more cores)? I don't get how my CPU is too slow for this game because after a few minutes of a match the framerate goes up a little I think after it caches.

I also tried using the latest stable revision (3.5), but there really isn't a difference. I've also tried the latest developmental revision (3.5-1560) and I still couldn't get it to work smoothly. Can you just tell me what settings I should put for the config and graphics and maybe the game config so that I can make sure I have it set correctly?

If you can magically make a dual core application use more than that then go right ahead :3

Yeah, but there's a sticky on the hardware forum listing a CPU hierarchy for Dolphin and it says that i7s are "extremely fast" so I should be able to get a decent gameplay experience with what I already have?

Just use default settings and see how it works. If a game is slow with default settings there's nothing you can do (in 95% of cases).

i7 processors category is overall fast. But some i7 processors are better than others. Just like some i5 processors are better than others. Etc

I just noticed that there is a collision bug on newer dolphin versions.

When you try to irish whip someone into the barricade, he can't reach it.
On Dolphin Version 3.0 tested, he is still able to reach the barricade.
