Is this a known problem?: The video sequences and Titantron entrance animations are a complete scrambled mess.

They're fine with the D3D9 backend in Dolphin 4.0.2, and fine with the software renderer in the latest builds, but with the D3D11 or OpenGL backends they are completely scrambled.

This is with the PAL version by the way.

Record a fifolog and post an issue report on http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/list with screenshots of it working and broken, along with the fifolog. For more info on fifologs, you can check out the information on the wiki.

Try disabling any kind of texture filtering (set anisotropic to 1x, etc.)

Cheers! Setting anisotropic filtering to 1x fixed it.

Edit: Actually I spoke too soon. It improves the situation but there are still problems with the Titantron videos. I'll submit a report later.
