[WII] WII Sports / WII Play scratching sound normal?

Hello at all,

I'm using the PAL-Versions of WII Sports and WII Play.

Without sound these games are perfect playable - but when
using sound (DSOUND with HLE-Plugin) there is sometimes an
awful loud an scratching sound (not all the time and when muting the speakers the games are playable too).

For example:
- When starting 'Bowling' at WII Sports - when the main game starts
- When starting 'Golf' at WII Sports - when the main game starts (when the camera is flying over the trees)

Dolphin build: 3098
System: Dualcore 2x2.2G / 9600GT / Sound onboard

(At builds up to 2929 the sound works perfect - but
at these version the wiimote isn't working correct [I think the fps...])

Is this normal? What can I do to fix this?
