That's what the actual game does.

I wonder why Nintendo decided to use it on this one. Is there way of reconnecting disconnected controllers? I've tried using Continuous Scanning and pressing 1+2, Alt+F5, and the refresh button in the Wiimote menu, and none of these options work like they do with other games. For the third wiimote, you gotta press Alt+F7

Whoa, what's this? Wii Sports Resort or maybe MotionPlus support in general seems to have had a regression in Dolphin.
Everything works fine until I've chosen a game and the screen comes up where you choose how many players/wiimotes are used. There it only shows a normal wiimote even though I have a motion plus connected. Then, like, 2 seconds later, the cursor is gone and it's like the wiimote doesn't work anymore. The game is not frozen, though. As soon as I disconnect the MotionPlus unit, the wiimote cursor is back and working perfectly. Connecting it again breaks it again. Anyone else getting this? Makes it impossible to play this game because it needs MotionPlus.

Ok, I gotta go now, but the culprit seems to be 3.5-2381 (Merge branch 'global-user-directory')... yeah, doesn't make any sense, does it? O_o
Could someone else please check if they even get the same issue?

It very much sounds like a configuration issue on your end then, unless you made sure to use the same config during testing.

Yeah, I guess someone else would have reported an issue so old. Cannot test right now I cannot imagine what configuration would cause this...

I have just deleted all config files (they WERE pretty old I admit). However, I'm still having that issue. Is there some other file somewhere that might still hold some config data that might interfere in this?
EDIT: Reeeaally strange. I'm having the same issue with Wii Play Motion, however, Zelda Skyward Sword seems to be fine.
