Just go into graphics options, Hacks and uncheck Fast mipmaps.

Hm, this issue is still there...pretty annoying. I found that if I changed internal resolution to Auto (both of them) ingame, it will get rid of the black box, but oddly, after a few minigames it'll always return O_o

The issue is now gone This game needs EFB Format Change Emulation to not get that black box issue. Since newest Dolphin version this is automatically enabled for this game so you don't need to worry about enabling it in the options.
