[WII] Wario Shake control problem

ok , ok i know i should buy a Wiimote for PC but my question is how can i move the emulated wiimote with the joystick ??

for example , in stage 1 i must throw a ball to a wall , an arrow appears but no matter what button i press i can not really move the arrow and break the wall thanks in advance, i know that to shake i use S button but to move the wiimote ?? thanks.
