Enable EFB copy to texture(in graphic config) ,Use D3D9 ->Full speed

What !It must boost speed atleast 5 FPS if you change copy EFB to texture not Ram(ram graphic).May your ram(CPU) speed too weak,atleast 2G clock at 667-800Mhz.The lastest rev not always the best ,try SSE3 build ,must faster than mamario build
