[Wii] Ultimate Shooting Collection

Hello World,
So I tried Ultimate Shooting Collection today and it doesn't work. The game launches fine and get's to the main screen where it tells me to "Push any button to start" , but no matter what/how many times I push nothing happens. It just stays there blinking "Push any button to start" at me... I tried firing up the game with just the remote, with the remote+nunchuck and with the remote+classic controller. Tried all the buttons on all of them nothing works. Help please? Any suggestions how I can get the game to work? Thank you. P.S. I also tried iso's from 2 different sources, both behaved exactly the same. P.S.S. Runing Dolphin 5.0-4607, I rather hope we can find a solution that doesn't require updating if at all possible since I'd hate to have to go through the whole configuring/copying back saved games, etc. stuff. 12-01-2017, 05:25 AM
Have you tried with the GameCube controller?

You would not (unless you are doing something weird). 12-01-2017, 09:03 AM
I don't have a gamecube controller Barry, and no plans on getting one.
Weird like what Extreme? 12-01-2017, 12:03 PM

No, nothing like that. Only used real/original nintendo controllers so far(I'll probably buy a wireless ps controller next year for gamecube games, but that's besides the point). And all the other games worked fine. So what's wrong with this one...?

If any of the GameCube ports currently are set to Standard Controller (or anything else that isn't None), try setting them to None. Some Wii games might ignore Wii Remotes if they detect GameCube controllers.

Awesome, that worked!!!! Yeah, I had port 1 as standard controller for some keyboard shortcuts(like fullscreen on/off, etc.), set it to none too and now the game works!
Thank you JosJuice! |
