On my laptop win10 i5 6200u 8gb ram amd radeon r5 m430 works great,vulkan no work for all games

Yeah, the Mali GPU is an issue. The only worthwhile SoC for Dolphin is a recent Snapdragon SoC with an Adreno GPU.
