Hmmm....I am trying this game now. But it seems the pointer has some problem and the words in the game don't appear. It's like the pointer problem is like, it's square in shape and it's pink in colour instead with a white dot in the middle. And like the beginning of the game, instead of having new game and continue. It's just 2 boxes with no words in it. In the menu screen, there are no names for the chapters too. Also, all the circles appear as squares I just noticed. As in the dialouges appears as squares and really really shady blocks of sqaures. Even the tool list is is all squares and I can't see the symbols. Anybody knows why?

Enable safe texture cache in the graphic settings. Are you using an old revision of Dolphin?

Just spent some time on emulation of "hammer mini game" the best option i found so far is setting your emulator in "upright wiimote" and setting G|H for X shake axis and J|H for Z shake axis.
Now holding the H button will allow you to get 3-5 power hits sometimes, while J button will most of the time do minimum power hits.
Had to use save/load to pass this minigame.
Dont forget to switch "upright wiimote" off.

As for forward movement of endoscope i found it most convenient to put it on mousewheel while setting both A and B on spacebar.

Hope it'll help someone =)

Excuse me, is everyone here already able to pass the Endoscopy part without using the real Wiimote? When I'm using the forward tilt key in the Emulated Wiimote, somehow whenever I try, the Wiimote will move backward first, then move slightly forward. Its the same with the backward tilt key (move backward, then forward). Anyone can help me? Also, how can I use the Wiimote movement recording? Thx.

I Have tested and i am happy of how this game works on my PC with Dolphin.

The only problem is that I don't know how can I configure dolphin to hear the sounds that wiimote makes

during the final chapter, the orthopedics mission requires you to tilt/twist the nunchuck in order to rotate a chisel so you can chisel out a bone tumor. Im using the keyboard as an emuated wii mote, but the nunchuck tilt function makes the chisel spin out of control. Does anyone know how to do this mission without an actual wiimote?

using the mallet is probably the hardest part of this game if your using an emulated wiimote. Try thrashing the keys that you have bound to the wiimotes 'swing' and 'tilt' functions, particularly the 'swing' left, right and down keys, in conjuntion with the 'tilt' left, right and backward keys. Dont ask me why you have to press the left and right keys when the game only asks you to do the up and down thing. Keep smashing on these keys and every now and then youll get a light hit with the mallet. I heard of people getting a power hit by holding the buttons but thats never worked for me. Youll pass these missions eventually but when you get to the final chapter - part 5, youll be screwed.
From what i know, you can only finish this game if you are using a real wiimote/nunchuck.
