hi, I'm stuck in the paramedic section where you have to strike the patient's chest. Used the swing emulation, the game detects it but it says the swing isn't strong enough to make the move happen....

Changing the "grades" in "tilt and swing" work for all tips except one. The one at the bottom of the bone tumor. Still hoping someone who passed that chater could help me please (obviusly with no using a real wiimote).
