I'm using a keyboard+mouse, and I'm not having any issues after learning a few things about mapping. You really dont need to map EVERYTHING unless the game required it lol...
If you have defib, and you need to move the nunchuk+remote forward... and you DONT have a real wii remote+nunchuk... here are your directions:
I keyed it myself so it does it automatically with ONE press of a Key... Map the Nunchuck forward AND the IR Forward under a single Key... and when you press it, the defib will move forward. (Ex. IR forward: 1, Nunchuck Forward: 1. This makes my 1 key a Defib key... so you won't have to press 2 seporate buttons)
IF you don't have a wii remote+nunchuk, then you need to play with your WiiRemote emulated remote settings. If its just the remote to be moved forward and back, simply key the IR Forward and Back keys seporately...
TO SWING THE REMOTE:
Map your Tilt Up or Down depending on where you are swinging (To swing down, map the Tilt forward and Swing Down, Hold the tilt up button and press the swing down. If your swinging up, map the Tilt Backward and Swing Up) For every swing direction you want to do, you need to have the reversed tilt direction mapped.
To "Rotate" the Remote:
Simply map the Left/Right Tilt buttons.
About the Mallet:
I simply found out that the Shake maping actually helps... IF your not concerned about getting a perfect grade and want completion. Simply map out the X and Z axis for shake under 2 keys. However if you want to strive for a better grade... checkmark the Upright Wii Remote box.... but you will have to toggle it on and off when moving from the hammer to other procedures.... You will probably have to toggle a bit with the X and Z keys to find out which one, or both... will give you a harder hit to get a better grade.
