This game runs great on the PC in my signature with no special settings. Tested with Dolphin 3.0-809-64-Bit.

It works on Dolphin 5.0 on my Windows 8.1 on native 640x528 with anti-aliasing set to 4x MSAA and anisotropic filtering set to 4x, which also corrects textures.  I'm using a HP Pavilion 21, and although this game runs well with these settings, I don't recommend using hd settings with this computer, but it does run.  If any moderator wants to add to the wiki for this game for testing, here is the specifications and results:

Revision: 5.0-9783 x64
OS Version: Windows 8.1
CPU: Intel® Pentium® CPU G3220T @2.60GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.6GHz
GPU: Intel® HD Graphics Family (no model number was listed with my graphics card when I checked.)
Result: Game runs great at native 640x528.  Anything above native 640x528 causes lag and needs a more powerful CPU and GPU to run at 1080p hd or above.
