Yes, it is normal for the Wii version to be 50% more demanding than the GC version.

Hi. I'd like to report a bug I've not seen mentionned on the wiki page of the game.
When there's water on screen, there's ripples on all the objects which are (from a 2D point of view) between "me" and the water. I also seem unable to load the slug's custom textures pack (which is in the User/Load/Textures/RZDE01 folder). 04-02-2014, 09:40 AM
Can someone post a save state or game save with Dolphin 4.0.2. I want to test out the intensive part of the game

Is anyone able to explain how to patch in the workaround for the ZTP Hack on newer releases?
https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/is...d=2499#c36 Or should I just use an older revision (4.0-601) where the ZTP-Hack was still build in? The ZTP really works great and boosts the FPS from around 17 FPS to playable 30 FPS. 04-22-2014, 08:04 AM
I'd recommend using an older build for performance reasons, but it will have quite a few graphical glitches that were fixed later on, unfortunately. I don't think the work-around to make it go faster was ever finished.

I have converted kiesel's nop patches into the Dolphin game.ini patch format and have found the offsets for the NTSC-U versions. Paste the appropriate version into the game ini to enable the speed hack in versions later than Dolphin 4.0-646.

Is there a fix for this? https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-ze...d-slowdown
Wolf scents are causing hyrule-field-bad slowdowns for me... edit: the issue is : Texture Cache Accuracy being set to Position 1 (Safe). This is needed to fix the issue 'Minimap arrow won't flicker'. Set this to position 2 or position 3 when you're chasing a scent and you're fine, then change it back afterwards. 06-12-2014, 09:45 AM
I just applied the Patch to the current Dev-Build and finally, after all those years, I can play TLZ:TP without slowdowns throughout the game! Amazing work!
To everyone: The patch is in master now. Go to the game properties, and just turn it on in the patches tab.
