OK honestly I wanna ask you guys something.

Have you ever taken all chests in this game, I mean literally ALL chests? Because every time I play this there is always some dig spot that leads to a grotto or grottos in general that contains a chest.
After all these years this game still surprises me with all the hidden stuff lying around. I don't think that I'm ever gonna find every chest and treasure available. Wind Waker took YEARS before I found literally EVERY little secret.

Twilight Princess keeps crashing with DSP LLE on thread Sad But I must use it because it is the only way to play this game without lag.

Never! Is there any way to make the BG music play at normal speed even if the FPS is lower? I tried everything.

If you've already tried "VBeam trick" (Idle Skipping off + VBeam on) there's nothing else you can do

Do you use save states? If yes, then it might be the problem.
