If you have a Nunchuk and Wii MotionPlus connected already: This tends to be a bit finicky. Try reconnecting the Nunchuk once or twice, and then hopefully the game will recognize the Wii MotionPlus.

If you are trying to play the game without real Wii controllers: Please don't.

Been having this weird visual glitch on the title screen and any in-game cutscenes. Tried fiddling with internal resolution settings but nothing seems to be working, any suggestions?

Are all your drivers up to date? Did you change anything in Dolphin from default?

Upgrade to Windows 10 or use OpenGL/Vulkan. Windows 7's D3D doesn't have LogicOp support.

I've tried disabling Forced Texture Filtering, Ignore Format Changes, etc.
The backend is Direct3D 11. OpenGL wont run the game, and Intel doesnt support Vulkan
The only thing that had any effect was unchecking Disable Fog, which made the affected part a little less dark.

Do you have the latest Intel iGPU drivers installed? This looks a lot like an old bug. Plus it doesn't hurt to make sure you're up to date anyway

If you right-click on your game in the Dolphin game list, and go to Properties > Filesystem and right click on the partitions and run the built in checking function to make sure your game file isn't broken.
