That means this game only supports PAL60. (The IOCTL_ES_LAUNCH error happens because the game is trying to launch the Wii Menu but you don't have it installed.)

That won't make the game work at 50 Hz, it will just make the Wii Menu show up after you try to launch the game at 50 Hz.

welp i red the nand usage guide page and didn't understand anything, i guess i will stick to PAL60 mode 
and is it possible to run this game at 60FPS ? not VPS

If your current PC doesn't run this game at full speed with EFB to Ram in the first place then 60FPS Patch will only make the game 2x slower .
Considering my i7 4770MQ @ 3.4GHz barely run this game at full speed . 60FPS Patch will need 2x 3.4GHz = 6.8GHz Haswell CPU
At this point , even if you had the fastest PC on earth , this game would still not be playable

Is it possible for anyone to make a cheat that gives upgrade items you'd only get through multiplayer?  With the multiplayer system down, it's impossible to upgrade a lot of your weapons.  That includes Monster Cocoon, Nebirous' Splinter, Muruu's Shell, Kraken Leg, Atar's Claw, and everything for creating clothing effects.   A few cheats exist for the PAL version, but I only own the NTSC-U one, and I'd rather not get a copy illegitimately.

Hello! I just found a solution for speed and black clothes/missing textures problem. Disable Store Copies EFB to Texture Only and edit the Game Config Turning OFF the Synchronize thread. (I'm using Vulkan Backend and UBER Shaders in Hybrid mode).

That doesn't sound like a good idea. The performance should be fine if you toggle efb copies to texture after the game has loaded the clothes. Messing with the thread synchronisation is likely to cause random and really bad issues.

Is there a guide to setup a PS4 controller to play with The Last Story specifically? The Controller Settings can detect the ps4 controller inputs from my actions, but the game does not react. The only way I have been able to get the character to move is by mapping the Emulated Wiimote configuration to use A,B,X and Y for the PS4 buttons and Start as the Home button. I cannot get the Analogs to work in game.
