Disabling Idle Skipping is not recommended. If the cinematics are too fast, just set the Framelimit to "Auto". Change it back to "Off" when the cinemtacis are over. Easy
I dont think anybody has problem when something is too fast,only too slow

Cinematics in this game,if not running fullspeed,will have skipping audio with HLE,pretty much very similair to when LLE is not running fullspeed.
Only way to solve this is to disable idle skipping,because unlike in other games,where disabling it slow down the game,here it provides 50% speedup in cinematics,fixing the skipping sound,while NOT slowing down the rest of the game
So,bottom line,idle skipping should be disabled in this game,and it is ( should be ) recomended setting for this game
