Didn't know there will be a difference in performance although they are of the same revision. Will try the official build out Big Grin

I didn't say there was, I said that it may make the game sound bad because it is a hack for another game.

Ok so I got this major problem with the game. Im on the boat in the game.....and I saved....restarted dolphin and now the game does not want to start....
It basically crashes during the loading screen of the game....it has happen before and I replayed the game until that point again (because I thought that maybe I exited when the autosaving was going on)....
any ideas? T_T
I was also switching sound from no audio output to Dsound then back....

That's odd.
What Dolphin version and settings are you using?
Try using the latest builds. Copy your savegame over to the new build.

Afaik, r6515 or 6505 are very good revisions for this game. But note, that old revisions are not supported any longer.

I moved the savefiles to another build.....and it worked!
Thanks alot!
Thought I had the latest version of dolphin, but I was wrong.

EDIT:
Later the same thing happend no matter what version I used (tried 878,
865, 793) after playin a bit....seems that the EFB is the issue.....had
to uncheck "Scaled EFB copy"...to make it work....didnt work with
texture or ram...

Hello,

I've managed to play up until
Spoiler: (Show Spoiler)
Jumping onto the flying thingies at the Gurak base, when sir Therius arrives. The cutscene where calista jumps onto your eagle thing plays fine then the next scene goes a bit crazy and crashes at the same point every time. I had a small issue with the game crashing when facing the forest beast early on which I managed to resolve by playing around with settings, but I've had no luck with this. It definitely appears that the sound is still playing briefly and quickly, then it's static and then.. dead. Any ideas?

I'm currently running 3.0-878 on a relatively powerful computer, any help would be very much appreciated as I am thoroughly enjoying the game thus far.

Edit: Well, I changed some settings at random, not sure it made much difference but I seem to have made it past the cutscene by tapping A really quickly, pushing the scene along and past the part causing the crash I guess. Couldn't watch any of the scene though, crashed whenever I tried. Oh well!
