1 is probably something that happens in the actual game? Maybe? 2: Try RealXFB; it sounds like it's pulling from that. If that doesn't work, try EFB2RAM.

EFB2RAM fixes the second problem(and one more)but sadly it reduces the max speed(by a lot depending on the place)but I still have above full speed

By "max speed" I mean the speed I get when I remove the fps limit and by "full speed",I mean the game normal speed(not below/above it)

Or set it like this
Hide button to !`DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse:Click 0` This will hide the cursor until you left click The Z button in Extension to `DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse:Click 0` Doing so,you will enter in sorcerers ring targeting mode And the "A" button(along with the key you set it to)to `DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse:Click 2` and this is middle click. I use a gamepad and this is the best combination I could find(I wanted to use my right analog for targeting but for some reason, the cursor\target is moving a lot faster than with the mouse which makes it unusable)

could you post your config that allows you to use a gamepad? I dont have a real wiimote/bluetooth...

Don't know where the controller settings are kept but Options=>Controller Settings=>Wiimote 1=>Emulated Wiimote=>Configure=>from Device choose your gamepad and start configuring the keys
You need to set buttons to Buttons,IR,Shake(you actually need it for only two places in the game),D-Pad,for extension choose nunchuck and set buttons for C and Z and the Stick. There are 4 other buttons that you need to set but only if 8 slots for arts are not enough for you(I use only 4)
