You answered this question yourself Tongue You need to upgrade your CPU in order to play Brawl at decent speed.

Hmm, I'm trying to do the debugger thing to get SSE mode stabilized but whenever I start the game, it gives me a black screen after the little pop message that I'm starting the game with unlimited JIT cache. I'm using SVN R2745. Help?

I'm new to using Dolphin, so I'm not sure if this is a SSBB-specific problem or a problem with my Dolphin...

But every time I click on "Super Smash Bros. Brawl", it opens a quick window with the word "Booting...", and then it quickly closes. Nothing opens; not even a screen or an error message. Just "Booting..." for a flash of a second, and nothing.

What's happening? I've clicked continuously, and the glimpse of "Booting" shows up, but nothing else. Is there something I forgot to configure? I used the exact same settings on the first post (with the exception of the Wiimote Plugin, since no plugin appears on the drop down menu), so I'm not sure what the issue is.

Thank you.

In the same debugger menu where you enabled the UL JIT cache, disable "Boot to Pause". The game should boot normally. If not, switch to the main window and push the Play button.

Could you post your PC specs, please?

You need to press "Play" button Tongue It doesn't start automatically.

Planning on installing a new copy of Windows 7 today to get this to run, but I've gotta know if it'd be pointless first.

My rig:

Windows 7 32-bit(!!)
NVidia 8800GT
Intel E8400
4GB RAM

Will the 32-bit OS hold me back too much? I know my rig is good enough to run it, but....

Dolphin works well on Windows 7. So it's not pointless.

Not fully emulated. Wrong memory path I guess.
