this happens with me as well, constant 50 fps, but i think it might be the cuase of this infurating issue that some may not notice. i notice it becuase i used to play in tournys for smash bros and smash bros melee, but there is a slight input lag. its not my controller, not my monitor(has less than 8ms refresh rate), and definitly not my computer.

Why is brawl running at a lower speed? How do I get it to run at normal speed?

Windows 7 64bit

Dolphin IL 4525

i have the exact same setup as you, except my processor is a core 2 duo e6850 running at 3.ghz.

I've tryed to play with DX9 plugin and there's just black screen, BUT if i press enter (start), color changes to white, i can hear menu music, i can click on "something", i hear announcer saying "Free for All" (character select screen), but the screen is just plain white. Help... Sad

I use rev4590.

Try out yourself, it's not that hard. It worked fine for me with default settings.

Most, if not all Intel graphics cards are not good for Dolphin as they don't support OpenGL 2.1.

i was asking really....

because i took out my video card and tried my intel integrated graphics and SSBB actually had the white screen.
when i put the video card back in, SSBB went back to normal.

i was just wondering.....
