[Wii] Super Smash Bros. Brawl

I'm trying to get Brawl working om my computer and it's working with no graphical or sound glitch. This is only with rev4600, if i try to run it with 4525 the game won't display some interface. Anyways, the problem is that i dont get fullspeed, only like 60-80% max, and it seems that higher resolution and playing with sound give better speed(WTF?!). Is there any way to get better speed with these specs

Windows 7 x64
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+ 2.11 GHz
2 Gb RAM
ATI Radeon x1950 GT

When i play with only 2 people the game goes too fast lol. The emulator says 60fps, but thats impossible. Is there a way to limit the speed?
I play with directx9 plugin btw, the opengl is too slow >_>

you won't get fullspeed, because your CPU is too slow... if you have a good cooler, try overclocking it... 20% should be enough to get good frames in the game... the 4000+ amd is a cpu what should handle about 5ghz easily... some going with 6ghz or more. what you do is up to you!

the best way is to get a new CPU... what motherboard do you have? eventually upgrade both of them? motherboard+cpu? and one good tip: buy an INTEL CPU.... they are better to overclock and the temperatures are better. an E8XXX should be ENOUGH to play games on dolphin! if you planing on dolphin, then a dualcore is the best choise for you... cheaper and you will get the same performance with a quadcore.

there is an option called VSYNC. try it ^^

Oh and i have 300/50 VPS (dunno what they are ), maybe thats the problem...

I think is a problem with the watchdog. If i change it from 60 to 50, the game runs perfect, but i have to do it while im playing brawl, if i do it before starting the emulation it doesnt work.
Also, It seems that i cant play in fullscreen, because the game crash if i toggle between window/fullscreen.

EDIT: ok, i finally fix it . Before i start the Subspace Emissary, does anyone here completed it 100%?
