DX9 640x480 no filters

slower on OpenGL (10 FPS) no matter how i change up my settings.

It would appear that the framebuffers and shaders might be killing some performance.
Have you tried disabling EFB Copy? (any plugin)
What is your processor model? (f ex. E2180)

Also, have you tried using a build with Watchdog?
If setting it to 15, what VPS do you get?
