Your Dual Core is not so powerful to run Brawl at full speed & Wii games in general. Gamecube games would run good.

Your driver version number is: 6.14.11.8246 <---------- I downloaded DirectX 10, but canurunit.com keep saying I have 6.14

Would I be able to run Brawl fine? What other settings can I do to increase FPS?

That worked. Thanks.

My next issue is one that might be better suited to a slightly different forum (the purpose for getting the game running).

Oh, what the hell, I'll ask it: how would I rip the Red and Blue Alloy models? I've tried OGLE, GLXtract, and on a longshot, 3DRipperDX. None of them have worked.

Yes, I'm a strange one, my sole interest in running this emulator is to get those two models. I have my reasons for doing so, though.

Edit: I've managed to get OGLE partly working, but the .obj files it dumps are 0 bytes. What gives?

Offtopic - dhis is DRIVEWR version, not DirectX version. It shows what Video Card driver you have installed

Hey i'm running 2746 and the only non stock peices of hardware I have is an 8600 gt, and a soundblaster card.

Here are my specs

Pentium 4
3ghz cpu
1gb of ram

What can I do in order to push this game to around 30fps? I know it might have to do with my specs, but I heard that there is a way to configure this bad boy in order to increase the fps, I'm desperate here. Maby a different build?

Enable Dual Core.
Ahh wait, Pentium 4. I think you need to upgrade to a Dual Core processor, on single core you would need to have god-knows-how-fast processor to run it a decent speeds (just played 15 Brawls on Shadow Moses with Dual Core disabled... THAT HURTS!!!!)
