Action Replay desn't work for Wii AFAIK.
Some codes do work, such as.

Can start match with only 1 player [Lunar]

Hopes for better code support for the future. I'm too bored of Brawls gameplay but Brawl+ in fullHD would be rather enjoyable. Also wi-fi connection support would rock.

Turn off Dual Core, don't smash at the A button 10 times per second, it won't speed up loading but will crash the game.

Question: does the emulator actually use all 4 cores? I know it can use 2 cores, but can it use 4?

No, because 2 cores are unstable, 4 cores would mean even more unstability, and I think it could be even SLOWER than on Dual Core (I remember that on previous forum someone explained that in detail, but I don't have time to check it now (must go to sleep...))

Try unticking the native resolution option in the graphics settings.
