So... what Dolphin version are you using?
Are you launching the game from Dolphin or the Wii menu?
Do you have enough harddrive space?

im using last rev and from Dolphin of course and never had any save issue with any games
and hell yea i have space like 800 GB more

Try with Dolphin 3.0 (and disable Panic Handlers)
