Hello there I'm new here, I got brawl and melee to work fine on my laptop and PC (runs perfect on my pc but really slow on my laptop) anyways I was wondering where can I get, if possible, saves of brawl and melee with all characters unlocked?

I only really got this for a fun party game when my friends come over but I don't feel like going through all the trouble of getting all characters for both games again. Both characters and levels and where do I put them? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Also do hacks, mods and skins work on this like it does in the wii version? Man those skins greatly extended the life of brawl back when I had my wii.

No, how do I use them? Sorry, very new to this.

Check "Enable Cheats" and go into "Properties" by right clicking on the game (in your game list)

Oh okay I got it for melee, but brawl doesn't have any codes...

You have to use gecko codes (make sure you put a gecko USB in a GC memory card port).

gecko USB is not required for gecko codes to work

just click "Download Codes (WiiRD Database)" under the "Gecko Codes" tab and... ta-daa! codes for brawl!
...or you can just put them in yourself
