I didn't dump it myself, and other people using this dump seems to have no related issues. It crashes at the second character select screen(Mario/Kirby/Zelda/Peach in Subspace Emissary 100% of the time, right before the victory screen like 50% of the time and sometimes during battles too. It's just weird that no one else has this problem.

I'll find another dump, and see if I get the same issue.

Hello, I need help with problem that keeps reoccurring. Everytime.................EVERYTIME I play Super Smash Bros Brawl. It crashes. Randomly. And it sucks because I'm like half way on adventure mode and "Dolphin has reached an unexpected error" or whatever that error box pops up to tell you to close. I didn't have this ERROR before and for some reason it's happening out of no where. I used to play Melee with no problem and actually finish off my game modes but you get the idea.
My Laptop setup is
Intel Core i7 - 3630QM 2.4GHz
Geforce 670M GTX
Windows 8
12GB of RAM
Wired Xbox Controller
ROM NAME- SSBB- DVD5

Please, Im just some guy (or gamer) that needs help

EDIT: I used to use 3.5-109 dirty but then I switched over when I kept getting these random crashes and they still keep happening.

Hey everyone,

I'm having two main problems trying to run Brawl;
1.) There is no audio for the announcer (so no "Choose your character!" or "3, 2, 1, Go!" countdown.
2.) The game freezes at the start of a match after the 3 ,2 ,1 countdown without fail.

If anyone has any suggestions or solutions I would appreciate it, thanks.

Hi I use the latest dolphin version 4.0.2. when I get to the lobby in smash it is like someone is holding down the joystick in one direction. Making it hard to chose the thing I want. I have tried it whiteout a controller plugged in and still same result so cant be my controller. tankful for any advice.
/edit fixed it. It was another controller profile that for some reason did it. so just erased the controller profil.

Hey, so i recently found out about dolphin and set everything up, downloaded an iso file for SSBB (Brawl) and have been receiving the same problem as many others. The save data file isn't letting me play. Anyone have a solution to this problem for MAC?

I have put up a screenshot of the error message that comes up. The game runs the usual wii-mote guide, asks me to create a save data file, i click continue and it just sends that error message.

Would really like a fix for this! please help if you have any idea how to fix it.

Downloading games is against the forum rules. In any case, dumping the game yourself is going to be the best option to avoid problems when using Dolphin.
