Sorry I'm new but what do you mean by revision? The ISO I have is from Europe and the Game ID is R8PP01.

What do you want a pic of? The error, or the settings on Dolphin? Also, what is redumping?

Anybody knows why I can't open doors? Sometime it works and other times don't. Like in that screenshot, doors actually open but it just hang there, can't do anything but music continues playing.

Try to set EFB Copies to RAM or disable Skip EFB Access from CPU.
