I use the 7093 version of the dolphin, but when I use the tongue of red yoshi a little bubble around the enemy to eat it, which was to appear does not appear.

I use DirectX 9.

with the option: ENABLE CPU EFB ACESS

If what you already tried isn't working, then the only way to pass this part is by switching to LLE audio. To use LLE you will need to dump two files (dsp rom and coef) from a Wii or GC and place them in /Sys/GC.
