Without looking at your GFX.ini, which contains your video backend settings, the only parameter I see that may be causing your slowdown is:
OverclockEnable = True

You have Overclock = 4.00000000, which means that you are trying to run the original Wii CPU at 4x speed. I don't know how dolphin reacts to this setting if you CPU can't keep up but it's worth checking if turning OverclockEnable = False fixes your problem.

Yeah, I tried enabling overclock after I noticed the slowdown without overclocking enabled and hoped to have the problem fixed. So, yeah, I don't think that's the problem either.

I've tried all the video backends and OpenGL seems to run just a tiny bit faster than the rest, but not enough to solve the problem.

The problem is why does dual core make SMG run at 30%? That doesn't happen with any other game. All games don't run well w/o dual core.

I think I reached the end of my short rope on this one, unfortunately.

That's fine. Thanks a lot for your time and effort.
I'll try to figure something out. If I find a solution, I'll post it.

I see you have cheats enabled... try turning those off as well.

I'm not sure if you solved one problem and created many others.  That setting is not one of the most safe but if it works for you in this game I guess you should use it.  If you use it globally and things break on others, remember that you changed it.

I played SMG and MKW and both games worked fine. I'll try NSMBW later but that game's probably too solid to break.

So testing in the hub world only wasn't a good idea. I tried to play the levels today and discovered that the cursor doesn't work with this option on.
But again I tested on my trash computer and it worked just fine.
Here are my settings

Hello,

Does anyone have Xbox controller button configs that work with the latest a version of dolphin? 5.0-10411? I’m fine with regular play but I need the extra configs for stuff like surfing and flying. I can’t find any files that work with my version of dolphin
