So I've been having an issue exclusive to Super Mario Galaxy where when I get towards the bottom of my screen the pointer will suddenly cut off in a U shape. This issue doesn't seem to be affected by any settings that I can configure, and it also doesn't happen on the wii menu or other games that use the pointer frequently such as Elebits. I also went ahead and tried testing it on my other monitors and on the actual console; the issue still persists just not on the actual Wii or Wii U. It's not an issue with my sensor bar as it still happens with my old one and a wireless one that I bought recently, nor my wii remote since it happens with all my other wii remotes. I'm also using bluetooth passthrough, but it still happens if I switch to emulating the wii's bluetooth adapter. Changing my sensor bar position from top to bottom just reverses the issue to the top rather than fixing it. Physically moving my wii sensor bar also doesn't seem to fix the issue. I'm also not getting any IR interference, or at least the sensitivity calibration in the wii system menu didn't show any. Any help to fix this would be greatly appreciated as I decided to start using a real wii remote halfway through Super Mario Galaxy with a controller and that made it so much easier to collect star bits!

Also totally unrelated to the issue above but after about 20 minutes of gameplay mario starts walking forever in a random direction and the pointer disappears. This is also exclusive to Super Mario Galaxy for me.

What Dolphin version are you using? Also, try disabling "skip EFB to CPU" and try using emulated wiimote to see if this same error reproduces. I'm havin' a similar problem on wii menu: using emulated wiimote i can't point on left and right borders of screen but in real wiimote i have no issues.
Any help?
My specs:
Operating System: Windows 10 x64
Processor/CPU: intel I7 3770 3.4 Ghz
Video Card/GPU: Nvidia GeForce 1060 6GB

I'm still learning english. Please, be patient with me. And, if i make a mistake, please correct me, i will learn a lot this way!  Big Grin

Currently using the latest Revision, 5.0-2439. Toggling Skip EFB Access from CPU had no effect, and it's not reproducible with an emulated Wii Remote for me. I would really prefer to use a real wii remote though.

That's strange. the last thing i can think is: On wii menu put 16:9 (widescreen aspect ratio) and "turn off the wii". After that, on Dolphin, put "force 16:9" or "strech to window size".
If that not work, i really don't know what to do.
Good Luck!  Big Grin

So basically it's an issue *sometimes* it's fixed about 3 times and then it just pops back up. When I changed from stretch to window to force 16:9 it fixed temporarily, when I changed my sensor bar position from top to bottom it fixed temporarily. Just a little bit lost at this point.... Also interestingly enough it fixes if I press the home button until the wii remote goes off screen so maybe it's an issue of calibration. Although there really isn't a calibration for screen size. Probably just going to play with an emulated wii remote at this point. Not really worth the trouble for the 30 stars I have left.

Any ideas of how to fix the error #8327 "Super Mario Galaxy 1/2 - Roar shockwave does not display" or something i can do to help?
https://bugs.dolphin-emu.org/issues/8327
Also, is it me or the darkening effect is way cooler than the original one?

Getting some massive slowdown(drops to the 20fps range) in Freezflame Galaxy whenever I fall into the water without the ice flower powerup. Running at 1080p, 8xmsaa, and 16xaf. Using dolphin 5.0 with a gtx980ti, i74770k, 16gb ram.Game runs great other than this issue.
