I think I found the reason now:

I tested the Dolphin Emu on my Notebook (Intel Core2Duo P8600 [2x2.4GHz], NVidia GeForce 9800M-GTS 1024MB, 4GB DDR3, Windows 7 x64), first with the dolphin.exe -> same problem like before, but then with the dolphinIL.exe -> works!!

I can't say for sure that what I found is the reason, but I will test it in the next days:
On PC's with an AMD CPU (at least the newest Versions of Athlon X2 (7xxx), Athlon II X2-X4 and Phenom II CPU's) it looks like it is equal if using Dolphin or DolphinIL, the Game will hang during or short after the second Loading-screen.
On PC's with an Intel CPU, the Game will at least work with the DolphinIL Version (with normal Dolphin, the Game hangs during the second Loading-screen).

If this is real, then this would say, that the (newer) AMD CPU's have a Problem (could be the SSE2 Implementation or something else).
I still have some PC's left untested, so I will try it on the following configurations next time:
- AMD Athlon X2 5000+ (2x 2.6GHz), 4GB RAM, ATI Radeon X1950Pro,
Windows Vista x64
- Intel Core2Duo E8400 (2x3GHz), 4GB RAM, NVidia GeForce 8800GT,
Windows 7 x64
- Intel Pentium DualCore E5200 (2x 2.5GHz), 4GB RAM, ATI Radeon
HD4650, Windows 7 x64
System:
AMD Phenom II X4 940 (4x 3GHz)
NVidia GeForce GTX260 896MB
4GB PC2-8500 CL 5-5-5-15
Windows 7 Professional x64

Dolphin x64 r4788

Audio works fine, game is running at 100% speed, but the screen is just black. Can't use OGL, as Dolphin (and every other piece of software that isn't the OGL checker) fails to see that I have a fully operational OGL library, so it's DX9 or nothing.

Right click on game in Dolphin list -> Properties -> set projection hack to "Skies of Arcadia" (works the best for this game)

Intro story cinematics are working full speed, but as soon as i "take control" fps drops to 10, sound starts skipping like hell and game is unplayable.

Does my pc really sucks so hard?
