How do I fix that annoying glow that is all over the background?

it the latest revisions I get 2 or 3 fps more but everytime I use the boost (regular wisp) the image turns darker :/

sorry, I noticed is the last SSE3 edition what Im using, not regular Dolphin, so that can be the problem (althoug older SSE editions works fine). I usually use them cause I gain some fps more. Regular build dont have this issue.
I use OpenGL (its the one that runs faster for me) and my GPU is a GTX4601GB (CPU a Phenom 955) 12-24-2010, 06:14 AM

guess what, it also happens with the latest regular builds, not just SSE3. 6650 TO 6656 does it, 6600 doesnt
