I got Skylanders Spryo's Adventure working (mostly) good. However, there are two issues.
1. When using higher internal resolution you can see that there is ghosting that becomes painfully obvious at high resolution. This affects lighting and what I can only assume is some form of ambient occlusion. The game is playable but the resulting "ghosting" is annoying. In addition to ghosting, it makes the brighter areas seem to be over-"bloomed". You can see the effect in these screenshots. Note the arrow pointing at the cannon and the floating balls of light (that should be singular). These were taken at max internal resolution (8x) but the effect is noticeable from 1.5X and on. It seems to be repeating the texture in a 3x3 grid. It's more noticeable with the ghosted light images but the dark ones are too (you can see how the hook on the crane is 3x3'd in one of the screenshots). 2. The other error I got was a seemingly random scrambled opening video and Toys For Bob intro. I have found what causes it yet. Dolphin 4.0-9171 I have tried all graphic back ends, systematically checked on and/or off each available option with no success (they didn't even effect it). The distortion/ghosting gets stronger as the internal resolution increases but seems to only affect some kind of internal shader for the game (my quasi-guess). I have a white screen when I press A to begin. I followed the official Gamecube Controller Adapter guide and added my portal as whitelist.
