English Title: Sin & Punishment 2
Japanese Title: 罪と罰~宇宙の後継者~

Status: Playable
Performance: 60%-80% in game, acceptable
Tested on: DolphinSVN-r4494

Settings:
1. Aspect Ratio: 16:9
2. No other special settings needed

Video: Lots of smoke effect glitches which show black rectangles instead (with both DirectX & OpenGL), incorrect Z-depth
Audio: No notable glitches, but you may lose all sound effects (except BGM) after playing for some time

I was thinking about making a thread about this game XD.

I tested the game with the following CPU:

Core2Duo E8400 @ 3.00 ghz
2gb RAM
Geforce 8600gt

I'm getting 70-100 % of speed using the DirectX plugin, with the OGL plugin I'm getting low speeds and gfx glitches.

Also I noticed that when I end a level, the emulator suddenly closes with an error box, which isn't entirely a problem because the game saves prior the crash so the save to the next level remains.

I recommend using the DirectX 9 plugin with this game.

Yeah, this random crash issue was introduced after revision r4293, and it happens not only in this game, but also in other games. (Sometimes I have to restart Dolphin for several times to get a crash-free loading.)

Besides, in recent revisions, the performance of DirectX is far better than OpenGL.

Didn't know about that crash thing. Maybe I'll test it on some other rev. and see what happens then.

In case there was any doubt, I can confirm the crash. Yeah, thank god it saves right before!!

Tested the game on revs 4221 and 4363, it didn't boot XD.

I managed to get to Phase 4 and the crash thing is still there, hope it gets fixed soon.

Also, I forgot to say that I'm using rev 4499 x64.

Crash at level endings still preexistent, but the game is still playable 'cuz fortunately for us the game saves before it will crash. Graphic improved noticeable since the last postings here, less glitches and esp. D3D works like a charm, no black boxes anymore. However i just got around ~30 (+/- 5) FPS averagely @720p/D3D.
OpenGl has still probs with black boxes, and its slighty (-10-20%) slower to me than D3D.

Settings R4775M x64:
Enable Dualcore
Enable Idle Skipping
Framelimit 60 resp. none
HLE the IPL
Optimize Quantizers
DSP on thread

D3D:
Render to Main, 16:9, 1280x720,
Safe TExture Cache,
Enable CPU -> EFB access,
Enable 16x,
EFB Scaled Copy,
EFB Copy to Texture.

HLE
Audio throttle disabled

US-Version works just the same, btw.
Also freezes with black screen after level is complete. Fortunately, it is automatically saved before, so one can just start with the next level when starting the game anew.
