Yes. But note that the game might eventually break.

All in all I beat the game. It was short and took me just two evenings in total. And it's not very popular game and I see clearly why.
Performance: bad. Framerate would cut in half if you do so much as turn on the flashlight. Of course you could turn it off while in a daytime or streetlight but the idea to do that just to speed the game up is not very compelling. Another crutch is EFB copies to Texture only which helps pretty much but doesn't eliminate slowdowns overall. And it kills the snow (lion's share of an atmoshere) and causes the flashlight tilt up from your camera focus.
Controls: pain in the butt. Though the game plays comfortable enough while exploring, puzzle solving and at shrink's sessions (75-80% of the playtime) the other part where you running away from monsters is a living hell. If one of them clings to you it's a game over. Playing with an Xbox gamepad I couldn't have bind my buttons so that I would shake them off from all directions and they were grabing you all the damn time. But the game knows of its flaws so these phases are relatevely short. Partly the frustration comes from the map which is only in the cellphone and it's too long to open it and orienting yourself with it (all in real time). So it's more trial and error thing until you know which way to go.
But the plot along with a psychiatrical stuff intertwined in it makes it all worthwile. Thugh it's better played with the original controllers.

I think performance is a lot better on latest builds, did you playthrough with 5.0 or latest dev?

Well, we don´t support unofficial builds. If you´re having issues with Ishiiruka builds you´ll have to go ask for support on its own thread.

Everything about the game is fine for me - except for the phone.
No audio plays from it, from menuing or playing messages.
I've tried switching DSP emulation engine and audio backend, but neither solves the problem.

The audio from the phone is played through the wiimote's speakers on a real wii. What's your volume setting for the Wii Remote Speaker in the Wii options?

The setting you are looking for is under "Controllers" not "Wii". Are you using bluetooth passthrough?

Fixed it by enabling "Enable Speaker Data".
In hindsight, kinda obvious.
