Wii setup mem can't find setting file?

I've been trying to get this to work a few days now I'm trying to play my Zelda SS game on ndolphin but whenever I try to load it I get Wii setup mem: Can't find setting file followed by ERROR: trying to compile at 0. LR=0.000000. What do I do to fix this?
